Shipping policy
All orders ship in the order they are received. In-stock items are packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Tracking information is provided via email for all purchases. All merchandise is shipped through USPS unless arranged otherwise. Once items are in possession/scanned by USPS, Savvy Blake LLC is not responsible for loss or damage once the package is in the possession of USPS. We offer Route Shipping Insurance at checkout to cover this.
Insurance is available at checkout for an additional fee. We highly recommend insuring your order!! Route Shipping Ins. is available at checkout to protect your order against damage, loss, and theft. If you delete the Route shipping insurance from your cart, you opt out of any shipping coverage. If you opt out of the Route shipping insurance your order is not protected against damage, loss, or theft. Savvy Blake LLC is not responsible for lost packages or damaged orders, so please insure your order!
Please double check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. We accept no liability for information that is entered incorrectly. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, there will be an additional shipping charge to reship the item. Lost packages must be reported to USPS immediately. If your package was scanned as delivered and you did not receive it, contact your local post office immediately! You will also need to report your package as missing online. To do so follow this link: https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/ then submit your tracking number and click the start button under the heading “Having an issue related to this tracking number?”
Shipping rates are determined by package a package's weight, dimensions, rate tier, and the distance between the ship-from and ship-to location.
Refund policy
We will accept your return under the following conditions. To start the return process, you must contact us first within 5 days of receiving your items and your items must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery. Shipping charges will not be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Items must be returned unworn and in new condition. Items are only eligible for store credit or exchange when sent back in the original condition in which they were received: unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging. Please contact us before attempting a return/exchange. Returns are possible with pre-order items. We highly recommend insuring your return.
We know that not every purchase will fit and returns are sometimes needed. We are here to make your return process as easy as possible. Please note that this is the online return policy and any purchases made in our store fronts may vary.
Returns postmarked within 10 days of shipment (see upper right hand corner of invoice or reference your tracking information) will be eligible for a exchange for a different size or store credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant and perfume free.
Savvy Blake LLC accepts no liability for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Damaged/Defective Items:
Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this is for you!
Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.
Please contact us immediately at [email protected] and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include you first and last name and order number.
Exchanges:
Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can either:
Reorder the item in the size you need and then send the original item back to us (postmarked within 10 days) for store credit.
Send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like.
Holiday Return Policy:
All purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas must be postmarked on or before January 10th. Holiday returns will be for store credit only and must be in compliance with our return policy (see final sale items above).
